Job Title: Administrative Specialist Position Overview: The Administrative Specialist will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the business branch in America. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a high level of competence in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and support the overall objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the business branch, including but not limited to managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling inquiries. Data Management: Utilize Excel to organize and manage data efficiently, including data entry, manipulation, and analysis as needed to support business operations. Presentation Creation: Develop and design professional presentations using PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders, incorporating data, graphics, and other visual elements to effectively convey information. Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and external partners via email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests. Documentation and Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Office Management: Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. Special Projects: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
