Purpose/Summary:

Some examples may include (Directs the activities of colleagues, Ensure excellence in service delivery, Enable the delivery of development plans.)
To be part of Import DnD under Product & Charge Management process. The team is responsible to file Import DnD free time in CXED as per agreement. The team also need to analyse IQ issues and work towards dispute reduction. The ultimate aim is to maximize D&D revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
Meet and exceed KPIs by performing error free work and adherence to deadlines Achieve productivity targets – so as to improve the overall performance of the team. Adhere to planned shifts Accurate update of task status in Workflow tool Prompt and effective response to email system General reliability as a team member Provide suggestions for internal process improvements Provide support and guidance to new staff Achieve/exceed targets of service delivery Conduct trainings where ever relevant Handling day to day communication with stakeholders Learn and execute BCP tasks, if applicable Assist in Transformation/adhoc projects in line with organization focus Provide suggestions to improve efficiencies Participate in internal team meetings and contribute with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit. Work with multiple stakeholders such as ACMs, Sales, CS, Operations & DnD Product owners
Learning Description:
Analytical mind with business acumen and problem-solving skills Having a knack for identifying and assessing complex problems, process gaps and recommending solutions for improvement and standardization Ability to multi-task, manage challenging deadlines and internal/external customers/colleagues. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Understanding of shipping processes and additional knowledge of key ML systems such as AFLS, RKEM, SAP, CXED, & GCSS would be an added advantage Should be a self-motivator and adaptable to change Excellent stakeholder management skill
