Job Overview Gamut HR Solutions is hiring a Store Manager for our Luxury Interior Showroom in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are looking for a motivated individual with 4 to 6 years of experience in managing retail stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the showroom and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications And Skills - Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a luxury interior showroom
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day operations of the Luxury Interior Showroom
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Supervise and train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
