**Job Summary**
The candidate, a graduate with 3+ years of relevant sales experience in SME – Loan against property, Mortgages, unsecured loans, working capital loans from NBFC/Mortgage industry, will be responsible for developing SME business enterprises for products such as Loan against property, Mortgages, unsecured loans, liaison with referral partners, working capital loans, etc., in the assigned geography. This role involves staying up-to-date on industry trends, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends for product development.
**Responsibilities**
The candidate will be responsible for new business and product development, including analyzing market trends for product development and conducting market research. The role involves developing SME business enterprises for products like Loan against property, Mortgages, unsecured loans, working capital loans, etc., in the assigned geography. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring the entire portfolio assigned and planning and executing market promotional activities according to market and business requirements.
