We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Telecaller. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, following up with potential customers, and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Responsibilities :*
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
- Document and update customer records in the database.
* Experience :*
- We are looking for a dynamic Sales Tele Caller who is eager to learn and grow.
- Fresher's are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate enthusiasm for the role.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
* Skills :*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
* Education :*
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in sales or communication are a plus.
* Salary :*
- Rs.10,000 - 12,000 plus incentives.
