Job description

1. Coordinate hiring activities

2. Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
3. Prepare and post job ads online
4. Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
5. Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
6. Greet and assist interviewees onsite
7. Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates
8. Process background checks
9. Maintain candidate database
10. Handle records and paperwork
11. Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
12. Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
