Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting founders in refining the company's strategic plans, vision, and goals, contributing to business strategies, market-entry, and growth plans
2. Plan and execute targeted sales & marketing campaigns, leveraging automation to fuel your success
3. Streamline your workflow with powerful tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoho CRM
4. Understand HR needs, tailor pitches that hit the mark, and forge lasting relationships
5. Assist in business development by identifying potential partnerships, conducting market research, and preparing materials for strategic initiatives
6. Analyze sales data, uncover hidden trends, and identify growth opportunities to propel the business forward
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English proficiency
2. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
3. Apply MS-Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
4. Previous experience with CRM software is advantageous

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
