Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat. They will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues promptly.

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer support and technical support
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred

Relevant certification in customer support and technical support will be an added advantage.
