Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Engagement:
Identify and establish connections with corporate entities aligned with our mission.
Conduct market research to understand corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives and
priorities.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the CSR team to create comprehensive and tailored CSR proposals.
Ensure proposals align with Narayan Seva Sansthan's objectives and effectively communicate
the impact of our initiatives.
Appointment Setting:
Initiate contact through various channels, including email and phone, to schedule appointments
with key stakeholders.
Craft compelling emails for appointment requests, highlighting the significance of our CSR
initiatives.
Presentation Skills:
Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to CSR committees, showcasing the benefits and
impact of our proposed initiatives.
Address questions and concerns effectively, demonstrating a deep understanding of our
organization's mission.
Documentation and Follow-up:
Prepare and submit necessary documentation for CSR proposals.
Follow up with corporate partners to gather feedback and ensure alignment with their CSR
goals.
Qualifications:
Recent MBA graduate with a specialization in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for social impact and philanthropy.
Ability to understand and articulate CSR concepts.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Compensation Package:
Base Salary: INR 3,00,000 per annum
Incentive Structure: Earn up to 30% additional incentive on achieving sales targets.
