Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to join our team at NI CONSULTING SERVICES. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support.
Qualifications and Skills
- 8th pass/ 10th pass / 12th pass/ any degree.
- ENGLISH Knowledge and Communication is Mandatory.
- MALAYALAM or HINDI Speaking Mandatory.
- Must have 1.5 to 2 years experience as a tele caller. Must attend all inbound calls, complete the students registration and confirm admission.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide counselling to students for various in-house courses.
- Provide guidance and support to students through tele calling to all candidates enquired for admission.
- Generate leads or complete the students registration, depending on the goal of the MTI.
- Create and maintain follow-up in the MTI's software based on the tele calling conversation.
- Check-in with existing students.
- Branch out and find potential students through tele calling work.
