JOB TITLE: Senior Programming Associate- Bengali, Odia & Assamese LOCATION: MUMBAI, INDIA

If our vibe matches with yours, we'd love to hear from you. ROLE: Music Manager & Knowledge resource of 3 languages- Bengali, Odia & Assamese. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Regular hygiene check of the 3 respective language homepages to ensure all entities on the homepage are relevant exceptionally curated as per internal guidelines. 2. Regular refresh of the playlist archives of each language as per internal guidelines. 3. Building high priority playlists into recognisable properties in the scene. 4. Be on top of the News & New Releases in all 3 languages. 5. Ideate with fellow editors to come up with campaigns for topical events that cuts through the clutter & drives usage. 6. Regularly track user data to ensure best placements & support for rising trends in the language. 7. Interact with other internal stakeholders like Marketing & Label Relations to ensure Bengali, Odia & Assamese is always adequately represented wherever relevant. 8. Occasional Translations & Voiceover work for Bengali, Odia & Assamese whenever required. 9. Work with rising new artists to ensure they are discovered by a much larger audience. 10. Work with labels to ensure mutual collaborations & deliverables are rolled out seamlessly. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Music Nerd: In depth knowledge of & love for the music of Bengali, Odia & Assamese. 2. Language Expert: Written & Verbal proficiency of Bengali, Odia & Assamese. 3. Mumbaiker: Join the team for daily musical pow-wows. 4. Experience: None or veteran we don’t care; all music superfans are welcome who think they can hack it with the professionals.
