Job Description
Candidate's main task and responsibilities will include:
- Managing Repair Loop for Components
- Coordination with Supplier for meeting TAT, Quality and with customer for easy retrieval of all AFHS (Local and Overseas) unserviceable units for repair
- ERP Transaction, Repair Loop and Logistics management close coordination with stakeholders involved
- Incoming Inspection, Checklist preparation, AMASIS Updation for Drop Shipment directly from Repairer
- Core unit return time Monitoring for Component
- Lease return AFHS component end mapping and sourcing support
- Activities under of Direct Shipment Officer role
- Receiving Inspection of Unserviceable Unit
- Generating Repair Order
- Export Preparation
- Timestamp Updation
- Warranty Verification on received equipment
- Follow up on missing data from customer
- Reporting as per set KPI
