Pan India Experience : Minimum 4+ Years experience. Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for handling and managing day to day operations work with respect to Truesight Infra. Provide L2/L3 operational support on BPPM/TrueSight , BMC Server Automation, as per agreed SLAs. Providing technical expertise in finding root cause analysis. Maintain BPPM/TruesSight platform availability as per agreed availability commitment. Technical Experience : Plan and execute Installation/upgrades in Truesight infra. Develop new customizations, integrations, and reports. Work with stakeholders to understand monitoring requirements and enhancements if any. Follow the ITIL standard best processes. Troubleshoot BPPM/TrueSight application, customizations, integration issues. Provide Server Automation (BMC BladeLogic) and other automation solutions to reduce BAU effort using scripting, (shell, python, java).Job tags
