Job description

Area of Responsibility
Ensuring seamless and timely delivery of IT services to the business.
Leading daily stand-up meetings, s print planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
Negotiatin g with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
Delegating tasks and assigning responsibilities to the team and tracking their progress.
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.
Managing r isks and issues related to project delivery and taking proactive measures for mitigation.
Ensuring adherence to Agile principles, processes, and best practices.
Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Monitoring project schedul es and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Providing guidance and mentoring to team members on technical and proj ect-related matters.
Maintaining documentation and reporting on project status, risks, and dependencies.
Identifying process imp rovement opportunities and driving their implementation.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in delivery management.
Collaborating with other teams and departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Knowledge / Experience
15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, project, and program management.
Proven experience in Agile methodology and project management frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in leading a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Knowledge of IT operations, including hardware/software, network infrastructure, and security p rotocols.
Demonstrated experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies related to project delivery.
Excellent problem-so lving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues affecting project delivery.
Ability to delegate tasks and assign responsibilit ies to team members based on their skills and experience.
Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor project progress and r eport on key metrics.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
Strong understandin g of business operations, processes, and objectives to align project deliverables accordingly.
Experience in building a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and change while keeping a positive attitude and leading by example.
Experience in managing budgets and financials related to project delivery.C ompetences
