It will be an exciting journey. Top Sights During Your Role Stay (Key Expectations): We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Team . As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of engineers responsible for the development and maintenance of our internet platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a focus on both hands-on technical contributions and managerial responsibilities. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers. Lead by example through hands-on involvement in design, development, and implementation of scalable and reliable internet platform solutions. Team Management : Build and manage a high-performing engineering team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations. Project Management: Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and priorities. Drive the successful delivery of projects by ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Quality Assurance : Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by establishing best practices for code review, testing, and deployment processes. Implement measures to monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security. Collaboration and Communication : Foster effective communication and collaboration within the engineering team and across other functional teams. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and alignment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience 8 to 10 Yrs in software engineering, with a focus on internet platform development. Demonstrated experience 2 to 3 Yrs in a leadership or managerial role, with a track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams. Strong technical expertise in internet technologies, including but not limited to web development frameworks, cloud computing, APIs, databases, and microservices architecture. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Golang, Rust Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.Job tags
