Job Title: Civil Supervisor
Location: Darrang, Assam Experience: Minimum 5 years in Civil Engineering, preferably in manufacturing or construction We are a rapidly growing manufacturing unit located in Darrang, Assam. We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our ongoing construction project.
Key Responsibilities: - Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any issues encountered.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and address construction-related challenges promptly, seeking solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering team to achieve project milestones and goals.
Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on site supervision.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and relevant safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Requirements: - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Assam.
- Proficient in construction management software.
- Willingness to work on-site and flexible hours as needed.
