Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Technical Recruiter. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle of recruiting and hiring, specifically in the field of technical recruiting. The Senior Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for communication with both external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills(3+Years in Technical Recruitment )
• Experience in Technical Recruiting
• Strong communication skills
• Exposure on contract staffing
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
