Position Overview As the Head of Operations at Aero Armour, you will be at the heart of our operational engine, ensuring our unique designs reach customers efficiently and exceed their expectations. This role is not your typical office job; it requires hands-on leadership and a willingness to work closely with our production team on the warehouse floor, which, while bustling and dynamic, may not always offer the most conventional working atmosphere. We believe that true operational success comes from being closely involved with every part of the process, and we're looking for someone who shares this philosophy. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership : Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative operational strategies to enhance our print-on-demand apparel production and fulfillment processes. Process Excellence : Identify and execute on opportunities for operational improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction. Champion process optimization and best practices. Team Development : Cultivate a high-performance operations team through effective leadership, mentorship, and a culture of accountability and excellence. Supply Chain Optimization : Forge and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, printers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless production and delivery. Quality Assurance : Uphold the highest standards of quality control, ensuring Aero Armour's products consistently delight our customers. Inventory and Production Management : Strategically manage inventory and production planning to meet forecasted demand while minimizing costs. Fulfillment Oversight : Guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of orders, maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. Data-Driven Insights : Leverage data analytics to drive operational decision-making and report on performance metrics to senior management. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety standards. Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a senior operations role, with a preference for backgrounds in e-commerce or the apparel industry. Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in team development and operational excellence. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven decision-making approach. Proficiency in operations software and analytical tools. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
