Experience Level 5-10 Years

Job Location: Vadodara from office.

Shift Time: US Shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand clients footprint.

2. Relationship Building:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to business development.

3. Market Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

- Use market insights to shape product development and enhance competitive positioning.

4. Sales Leadership:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide guidance and support in the development of effective sales strategies and tactics.

5. Client Engagement:

- Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized payment solutions.

- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements

- Graduate in any field

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development.

- Must have experience in product sales

- Good to have inventory domain experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics.

- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining key business relationships
