Role Description

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing customer satisfaction and excellent customer service, generating leads, account management, and nurturing customer relationships. This is a full-time hybrid role, meaning that the role is based in Amman with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Account Management skills
  • Excellent customer service, satisfaction, and relationship-building skills
  • Lead generation proficiency
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with cloud communications solutions is a plus
  • Understanding of software development and APIs is a plus
