Prepare and analyze earnings and profits, Sub part F, FTC, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, CBC reporting and tax basis for the purpose of tax compliance and US GAAP tax provision.
Should have a strong OneSource experience to run the international compliance right from planning, execution and support the federal team to successfully e-file the returns.
Preparation of international tax compliance forms, 5471, 5472, 8858, 1118 and supporting Federal forms 8990,8992,8993 using OneSource.
Ability to use OneStream, HFM or any similar internal accounting systems to post tax entries and extract the data required for Compliance and Provision.
Research and keep updated on international tax changes. Implement the changes in the tax laws to the Company.
Co-ordinate with rest of the tax team for quarterly and year-end provision by performing foreign entity's provision, provision to return analysis, roll-forward and manage foreign tax accounts, review foreign tax payments, and tax packages.
Assist global controllers in preparing global transfer pricing documentation and implementation of transfer pricing studies, CBC reporting and master/local documentation.
Maintain cross functional relationships with legal, Global Finance Center (GFC), treasury, accounting, and other teams within the organization. Prior experience in working virtually with the GFC or a similar set up, develop the staff at GFC and understand the culture.
Experience in working with external accounting firms to identify developmental projects and implementation to improve the overall processes.
Engage and participate in special projects related to mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and initiatives from the leadership.
Work on any other ad-hoc requests within the tax team.
