SHAPING Child Development Center offers a variety of therapies, including Behaviour, Speech, and Occupational therapies to children. We aim to provide comprehensive support to children with developmental as well as psychological challenges in Hyderabad.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Front Office Receptionist role. Location is at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Timings are from 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience with receptionist duties and front office management
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
• Fluent in English and Telugu
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
