Job description
Role : Lead – Organization Development Location : Bangalore Experience: 6+ years
The candidate should demonstrate proven proficiency in leading & facilitating leadership development programs tailored for managers and leaders, offering consultancy in Learning and Development (L&D) and Leadership Development. They should excel in managing both internal and external stakeholders, creating, executing, measuring, and assessing learning initiatives. Should have good experience in building L&D team in the space of behavioral trainings and program management for various learning interventions. Key Responsibilities Facilitate leadership development programs for managers and leaders. Consulting experience in L&D / Leadership Development Anchor Change Management initiatives Stakeholder management (internal/external) Design, Develop, deploy & measure impact of learning interventions. Team management & Program Management Competencies & Skill Set L&D/OD Certifications Certified Train the Trainer on advanced facilitation skills Certified in Change Management Fluent Communication Skills (Written & Spoken) Presentation Skills Analytical Skills MS Office, LMS and learning tools Stakeholder ManagementJob tags
