Position- Recruitment Manager- Overseas & Domestic Experience- 2 -3 years Location- Mulund west, Mumbai

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager located in Mumbai. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, creating job descriptions, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and negotiating offers. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications Experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting in Overseas & Domestic market Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
