Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced "Venture Strategy Associate" with a strong focus on the global startups ecosystem to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding clients, nurturing client relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and business landscape, along with proven experience in business development and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with startups to onboard as clients

Create strategies for business development and growth

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and partners as needed.

Prepare business plans, pitches and presentations for our clients as needed.

Qualifications:

BBA/MBA/B.com/BA(Economics)/BBE

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, client management, or related roles, with a focus on startups.

Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing client relationships, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, including funding cycles, market trends, and common challenges faced by entrepreneurs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
