Job description
A Customer Service Representative has a crucial responsibility to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all our clients. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in tracking their orders, raising invoices etc. Associates communicate with customers primarily through phone calls and utilize a variety of software tools to come up with effective solutions in a quickly manner.
Requirement: Mandatory: Educational Qualification - 3 Years Graduate (Any stream) Shift - Rotational/Night Experience - 2 years in any International US Process (Customer Support) Notice Period - Immediate Joiners/ Should be available within 10-15 days Communication Skills - Excellent Communication in English Location - Kolkata (On-site) Working days - 5 days WFO, 2 days Consecutive Off (Offs can be on week days, depends on Roster system) Job Description: CSR are responsible for communicating with customers, establishing and resolving customers' concerns, and assisting in general customer service duties internally and externally related to their freight forwarders' needs. Customer Focus : - Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment - Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs - Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base - Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary - Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Flexible with the working schedule. - Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned. - Ability to approach problems logically and rationally.Job tags
