Job description
Scope of the role:This position requires a proactive individual capable of diving deep into risk segmentation analysis, employing technical expertise in Python and SQL, with a preference for AWS skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evaluating, strategizing, and mitigating risks within the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Conducting in-depth cohort analysis to understand and evaluate the performance of various customer segments over time.- Utilizing data-driven methods to segment customers based on risk profiles, behavior, and other relevant criteria.- Conducting CHAID (Chi-squared Automatic Interaction Detection) analysis to identify significant relationships and patterns in customer data.- Applying regression models, both logistic and linear, for risk assessment and forecasting purposes.- Conducting fundamental data analysis using tables and crosstabs to extract meaningful insights.Must-Haves:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience in risk analytics within the fintech or financial services industry.- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel- Experience with CHAID analysis, logistic/linear regressions, forecasting, and basic data analysis techniques.- Familiarity with Machine Learning models is a definite plus.Benefits Offered:- F&B on the house, Pantry Facility, etc.- Pick & drop service at BKC location.- 5 days work from Office- Flexi Benefits in Pay- High visibility role with an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership- A chance to make a significant impact on the business- A fast-paced ownership culture.
