Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Thane (W)
Key responsibilities
- Utilize the provided database to identify and generate potential leads.
- Implement effective strategies to expand the lead pool and increase the outreach.
- Engage potential aspirants, providing detailed information, andaddressing queries to enhance their understanding.
- Work towards converting leads into clients by showcasing the value proposition effectively.
- Make proactive calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Facilitate connections between aspirants and business coaches for in-depth discussions about their business concerns.
- Implement a systematic follow-up process to maintain engagement with interested aspirants.
- Be a self-starter, identifying opportunities for improvement inlead generation and conversion processes.
- Actively participate in problem-solving and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Skills Required
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business concepts and market dynamics
- Excellent Communication skills with good command in English & Hindi·
- Logical thinker with good presence of mind
- Persuasive in Nature
