Roles and Responsibilities:

Collateral Development Power point presentations Catalogs Brochures Flyers White papers on Technology / Products Technical blogs Success stories Case studies Quora question / Answers..Skills required MS power point Adobe Photoshop Adobe creative. (Graphic designing will be outsourced or done by a different person)

Website Content Management Maintenance Upgradation adding of pages/ content modifying content lead management from website (Technical on page work like coding word press java html .asp etc will be outsourced of done by a different person). Ownership will be with the Marketing Manager / role owner.

SEO Google Analytics Google keyword search console...Measuring SEO results / ROI provide inputs for SEO work and define SEO strategy Lead management. (Technical on page work like coding word press java html .asp backlinking directory submission etc will be outsourced of done by a different person)

Email Campaigns Run email campaigns Measure ROI manage leads and Nurture leads leading up to orders.

Search Engine Marketing Define strategy and work on google AdWords etc... measure ROI.

Social Media Manage LinkedIn YouTube Facebook Twitter etc... ensure there is increase in followers. Ensure that there is engaging content posted from inbound marketing perspective. Promote posts or advertisements and measure ROI.

Lead Management and Lead engagement

Effective Brand Positioning for increasing visibility of the Company across channels.

Communications on Industrial Products systems solutions for lead generation

Assisting in Developing Marketing plans for effective inbound Marketing for lead generation

Sales Tool Kits / Collateral development Flyers PPTs Videos Technical white papers Success stories Case studies etc

Digital Marketing Strategy development and deployment across various channels / mediums for enhanced lead generation

Effective inputs to Sales team on competition companies and products for new program product development

Position Requirements:

Experience 2 4 Years in Industrial Products / B2B Marketing

Good understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels for B2B / Industrial products marketing

Ability to think creatively and innovatively on Inbound Marketing.

Strong writing skills Ability to create email campaigns newsletters success stories presentations video films and effectively communicating the same to customers and prospects.

Budgetmanagement skills and proficiency

Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

Market research and intelligence on competition activities

Familiarity with the latest trends technologies and methodologies in graphic design web design production etc.

Digital Marketing Strategy & deployment experience SEO SEM B2B platforms Blogging Pitching on the internet.

Experience in using CRM and Content Management and website management.

Commanding & Aggressive personality

English fluency. Effective oral written and very strong presentation skills.

Ability to work successfully without close supervision.

Problem analysis and problemsolving

Information management & Eye to detail experience in lead nurturing lead generation
