Role Description This is a full-time role for a BIM Coordinator for Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical located at the Hyderabad office. The role will involve conducting BIM coordination, ensuring project information modeling models are up-to-date and reliable, and working on projects that include mechanical, plumbing, or electrical building systems. The candidate will also work closely with project teams, create 3D models, and manage project documents throughout all stages of the project. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any other related field. 4+ years of experience in BIM or Revit MEP applications with a solid understanding of BIM-based workflows. Proficiency in working with BIM authoring tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience in working on large infrastructure projects such as highways, airports, rail stations, and commercial buildings. Ability to read and apply information from technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Experience with clash detection, coordination, and project documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications: Experience with BIM 360 and/or Navisworks Manage. Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to train and mentor other staff on BIM workflows and tools. Experience in producing BIM models for FM/Asset Management Knowledge of industry standards such as IFC and COBie. Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.Job tags
