The candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, assisting with HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and employee relations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Handling the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, Screen resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Maintaining the application trackers and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and source suitable candidates.
- Must Have exp in IT Recruitment
- Responsible for pre-joining, onboarding & post-joining formalities.
HR Operations & Compliances:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support the management of employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee benefits, and HRIS management.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
