Job description

Who we are: BimaKavach is a one-stop business insurance platform that helps insure business risks across sectors and categories of risk. We are innovating across the value chain helping insure the MSMEs and upstarts in the country. Backed by Waterbridge, Blume, Arali and Eximus, we are already working with 1,300+ companies.

Role and Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs. 2. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships 3. Partner with sales teams in sales enablement projects to drive revenue. 4. Collaborate with design and marketing team to create relevant collaterals. 5. Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up to date on industry news. 6. Responsible for ensuring proper introduction to the value propositions of BimaKavach and provide an initial layout of prospective value addition to the client in terms of business insurance products. 7. Responsible for scheduling the meetings daily and ensuring the meeting is happening on time. 8. Responsible for coordinating with the Corporate Sales team regarding the meetings. 9. Responsible for maintaining CRM software for prospective clients. 10. Responsible for follow ups and customizing the initial pitch deck after understanding the nature of business of the client. 11. Generate and update daily reports on meetings scheduled, done and call status.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Hindi and English 2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field 3. Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales (1 year) 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations. 5. Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job. 6. Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.
