Job description

As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers via phone calls and educate them about our products. You will play a pivotal role in building
relationships with customer, assessing their needs and providing tailoredÂsolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to
communicate their benefits to potential customer effectively.
Sales and Closing: Present solutions to clients, address their inquiries, and guide them
through the purchase process to achieve sales .
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with
customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of client information, policy details,
and sales activities.
Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to your supervisor.
