We are looking for an innovative Technical Solution Architect with Life Science Domain Expertise, to recruit, coach, train and support a team that will design and develop the system architecture for a suite of products that will give our customers a competitive advantage.

You will:

• Lead the formulation of technical strategies and architectural frameworks for To-Increase solutions. This involves a comprehensive analysis of functionality, careful consideration of advantages and disadvantages, and the determination of the most optimized approach.
• Produce high-quality solution design documentation to effectively communicate architectural decisions, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and elevate To-Increase solutions to new heights, emphasizing technical scalability and performance optimization.
• Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption when beneficial for To-Increase products success.
• Drive innovation by spearheading proof-of-concept projects and providing strategic guidance to product development initiatives.
• Oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain the overall integrity and structure of the codebase.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)

• Possess a minimum of 10+years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, with expertise in D365, Power Platform, and/or Azure.
• Preferred experience in the Life Sciences sector (Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or Medical Devices) with a solid understanding of the technology landscape.
• Having experience in Supply Chain Management within D365 F&SCM is advantageous.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Development, Quality Assurance, Product Owner, and Project Management.
• Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and on-the-job training, staying current with industry trends and evolving technologies.
• Embrace a positive and proactive attitude, approaching challenges with a "can-do" mentality that inspires collaboration and problem-solving.
