Job description
Key roles and responsibilities are as below:
- Ensure sales & marketing activities for the given region for LV MV Panel/ Industrial Automation products (Turnkey based projects).
- Ensure the sales and marketing activity for the LV MV panel and solutions like LV Switch Gear, Panels, Busducts, MCC, PCC, Power Distribution Panels, Siemens Automation, PLC, SCADA, Drives etc.
- Explore the opportunity for project tendering and generating Business.
- Managing existing clients and developing new clients for better business growth.
- Identify and develop a good business network in the industry.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions by designing appropriate automation systems.
- Lead the tendering process for turnkey automation projects, including preparing tender documents, technical specifications, and pricing strategies.
- Error-free offer making and follow-ups with customers and cracking the deals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
Skills and Competencies:
- Having sound knowledge of Bidding/Tendering and handling Turnkey & Projects will be an added advantage.
- Should have sound knowledge of LV MV Panel, Drives & Automation
- Should be excellent in organizing self and managing priorities
- Excellent communication skill and convincing ability
- Good leadership skill and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Client Relationship Management and willingness to travel as required to meet with customers.
Must Criteria:
- Application is invited from candidates who are having sales experience in the Automation and Panel industry.
- Preferably the candidate should be from Gujarat only OR ready to relocate to Gujarat.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.E./Diploma Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/EC
- Minimum 2 to 6 years' experience handling industrial automation / Panel sales profile
