Job Summary:
As an HR executive at MediaX, your primary role will be to recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will supervise administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work. We want you to be the best, to get the best out of our employees.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must manage end-to-end recruitment procedures like, understanding hiring requirements, creating and placing job advertisements, actively posting at job portals and professional networking sites.
- Systematically lining up interviews & being a part of the rounds.
- Conducting entry and exit of employees.
- Creating offer, appraisal, termination & other required documents.
- Managing the overall hiring process.
- Must work closely with the leadership team to understand the hiring needs of the company.
- Must be aware of the current employment industry standards
- Must create performance reports (monthly/quarterly) and design incentive programmes to motivate employees.
- Must keep records of leaves and overtime of every employee so the same can be reverted back at the time of bonuses.
- Must design and implement effective onboarding processes.
- Must remain in sync with the company's values and culture
- Develop timing, leave, and code of conduct amongst various other policies required by the company.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Must have hands-on experience of using Lark, Indeed, LinkedIn and other HRMS platforms.
- Should possess understanding of the underlying context behind what the team members say or express and must be able to formulate solutions that address their grievances.
- Mandatory: must have at least one year of experience in a creative or advertising agency in a similar role.
- Must be hands on with admin-related tasks.
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in HR or any other HR Credentials like a course or Diploma will give you an added advantage.
- Should possess managerial and organizational skills as added sweeteners.
- Must be people savvy, have effective interpersonal skills and must have an approachable and friendly character.
