Job description
Key Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of SQL developers to deliver high-quality database solutions.- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support business requirements.- Perform performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and database operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and version control processes using GIT.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Develop and maintain documentation related to database schemas, data models, and processes.Mandatory Skills :- Strong proficiency in MSSQL Server and T-SQL.- Experience in performance tuning SQL queries and database operations.- Solid understanding of GIT for version control.Preferred Skills :- Experience with other database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.- Familiarity with cloud-based database services such as AWS RDS or Azure SQL Database.
