Responsibilities

  • Design Early warning signals
  • Perform portfolio review on continuous basis by designing various monitoring reports and exception reporting
  • Review of credit approvals/exception handling
  • Stress testing of portfolio on periodic basis
  • Credit review of the applications
  • Credit analysis

Requirements

  • 10 years of total experience in microfinance
  • Good knowledge of RBI guidelines in Credit and Risk
  • Good operations knowledge in microfinance
  • Team management
