We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with expertise in full-stack web development, API integrations, database management, and cloud deployment to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.
..Responsibilities:..
1. Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
2. Architect and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with third-party services and internal systems.
3. Design and optimize database schemas using SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, to support data-driven applications.
4. Lead the development of Python backend services for specific components of the application stack, ensuring high performance and reliability.
5. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
6. Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices for software development.
7. Implement automated testing strategies and continuous integration pipelines to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
8. Manage cloud deployment and infrastructure setup using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
9. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system architecture for scalability and efficiency.
10. Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
11. Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, track project progress, and deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule.
13. Lead by example, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development team.
..Requirements:..
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead, with expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python backend development.
3. Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
4. Extensive experience with API integrations, including designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
5. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, with hands-on experience in database design, optimization, and management.
6. Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, including familiarity with services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
7. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
8. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and coach team members.
9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
10. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred.
11. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
12. Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and automated testing frameworks is advantageous.
