The Role A great opportunity for you to gain exposure to the APAC region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be far from one-dimensional. You will play a pivotal role in tightening processes and enhancing effectiveness across the HR function. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the full range of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compliance, and Employee Relations & Engagement.

You will exhibit a high level of integrity, be outcome-focused with the ability to proactively take the initiative, use good judgment to prioritize requests.

What You’ll Do: Manage talent acquisition process, which may include sourcing, conducting interviews & selection. Manage essential day-to-day HR operational support for all employees in the region. Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries. Own our employee onboarding and offboarding programs and processes. You will serve as the face of new hire onboarding at Transmission. Maintain employee records in line with the state, and local regulations and guidelines in APAC. Lead staff engagement, social event, engagement surveys and identify areas for improvement, working with line managers for action. In collaboration with regional HR leadership, update our HR policies and stay current with relevant HR and employment law legislation. Maintain and update our HR Systems and Tools suite, manage HR Data Analytics, and be responsible for running ad hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders. Assist with compliance for various state, and local ordinances and reporting requirements in APAC. Participate in process improvement strategies that leverage current systems, data structures, and other technologies. Work with region HR Lead on compensation & benefits benchmarking and relocation. Support regional HR leadership on key HR projects.

What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in related field Strong knowledge of employment/manpower regulations, government schemes and industry/HR practices. At least 5 years total HR operational experience, with 2 years in managerial role. Experience with advertising and media agency is a plus Good team player and superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with multiple stakeholders and external vendors. Good command of both spoken and written English. Ability to take action and work autonomously Proactive and go-getter attitude Strong MS Office skills Confidence in communicating with internal stakeholders Thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment Ability to work flexibly switch between tasks, taking ownership of your work will need to be able to work in the office in Gurgaon (Hybrid work)
