Job description

POSITION- SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
(Previous experience in Pharma / Beverage / Food or Primary Packaging industry preferrable)
Job Profiles:
- Responsible for generating new sales in the given location.
- Representing the organisation with confidence and positive approach, detailed planning and
execution of trade exhibitions strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Regularly visit customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and upsell additional
products or offerings or technical support in case required.
- Monitor customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment
and customer satisfaction.
- Handle effectively customer audits and complaints in alignment with the technical QC team.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales
activities, and progress toward targets.
o Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market insights, and performance
analysis.

o Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to
optimize sales performance.
o Product Knowledge and Brand Ambassadorship
§ Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, and benefits.
§ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
§ Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the unique value propositions
and quality of our food products.

Qualifications And Skills
Masters’ degree in Marketing business, marketing, or a related field (MBA-Marketing).
BE-Mechanical Preferrable along with MBA Marketing.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharma, food or beverage industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and ERP software.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with channel partners, attend trade shows.
