Job Description : We are eager to welcome a new team member to spearhead our marketing endeavors. As a Strategic Marketing Expert, you will lead our marketing efforts, leveraging industry trends to create compelling content and strategies that enhance our presence across various digital platforms. This role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of contemporary marketing dynamics. Responsibilities : Conduct market research to develop insights into industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with sales teams and product experts to refine and implement digital marketing strategies. Delegate and oversee assignments within the graphics departments, ensuring increased brand awareness. Coordinate marketing campaigns, evaluate their effectiveness, and ensure consistent branding across all channels. Develop and oversee an Email Marketing Strategy and ensure promotional activities align with brand identity. Help represent the brand at trade shows and major industry-related events, enhancing our market visibility. Produce regular reports on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms to inform future campaigns. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field. Proven experience in strategic marketing, with a thorough understanding of modern consumer trends, or similar experience at least for 2 Years . Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to organize, delegate, and develop capacity within a team. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms. What We Offer : An annual in-hand salary range of Rs. 5,00,000 to Rs. 7,00,000.
