Job description
Efficiently is looking for an experienced, energetic, and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in supporting our sales pipeline. This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 70+ calls per day and meeting sales quota, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Roles & Responsibilities - Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Identify customer needs and requirements and articulate solution benefits
- Work in B2B customer segments only
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure
- Work with sales team to build pipeline and close deals
- Track record building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships
- Demonstrate products and represent the company in meetings and conferences, in-person and online
- Track all activity in Salesforce (CRM)
Qualifications & Requirements - Candidate should have at least 7 years of Sales experience with a minimum of 4+ years of international experience. (Preferably with US B2B Sales experience but not with Middle East sales experience.)
- International outbound B2B sales experience.
- Having IT(Tech / SaaS) / Staffing / Engineering Services sales experience would be an added advantage.
- Bachelors degree in business or related field.
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing 70+ calls per day.
- Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM.
