Experience : 0-3 years
Qualification : BBA/MBA, B.E/B.Tech
- Candidate with good experience in end to end recruitment
- Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes.
- Screening, shortlisting, sourcing the candidates as per the requirement (given skill set) doing end to end recruitment
- Should also maintain HR database tracker software.
- Should be responsible for making offer, negotiation and also for onboarding process
