International Sales Executive ( FIT ) –

We have urgent openings for the position of International FIT Specialist in Ishwa Holidays PVT LTD located at Manikbaug, Sinhgad Road. 

Ishwa Holidays is a company driven by a young and highly motivated team. We pride ourselves on our personalized approach to travel planning. Our team of experienced travel specialists works closely with each client to understand their unique needs and preferences, and creates customized travel itineraries that exceed expectations. We are looking for more people to join our team to grow together. We are looking for candidates having 1-3yrs experience in FIT Package Sale with convincing communication Skills. Requirement: International FIT Specialist: A FIT specialist, also known as a Free Independent Travel specialist, is a professional in the travel industry who is responsible for creating customized travel itineraries for individual clients. Their main role is to design travel packages that are tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of their clients.

 Some of the key responsibilities of a FIT specialist in a travel company include: 

1. Understanding Client Needs: FIT specialists need to be able to understand the unique needs and preferences of their clients, and use this information to create personalized travel itineraries that meet their requirements. This involves conducting in-depth interviews with clients to determine their travel goals, budget, and preferred travel style. 

2. Destination Knowledge: FIT specialists must have a thorough knowledge of the destinations they are promoting to clients. This includes knowledge of local customs, culture, attractions, transportation options, and accommodations. 

3. Planning and Coordination: FIT specialists are responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of a client's travel itinerary, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities. They must work closely with travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure that all aspects of the itinerary are properly scheduled and executed. 

4. Customer Service: FIT specialists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to their clients. They must be responsive to client inquiries and concerns, and be able to handle any problems or issues that arise during the travel experience. 

5. Sales and Marketing: FIT specialists must have strong sales and marketing skills in order to promote their travel packages and attract new clients. This involves developing marketing materials, attending trade shows and conferences, and building relationships with key travel industry contacts. 

6. Negotiation Skills: FIT specialists may need to negotiate prices, contracts, and other terms with travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure that their clients receive the best value for their money.

Salary - 2,50,000 to 20,00000 lac per year
