About the role:

As the Vice President, Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for all aspects of building and

managing a team of high-performing Solution Engineers/Presales team, the technical counterparts to our sales teams. In close partnership with sales, grow the SE organization and ensure we are prepared to scale the SE org alongside the introduction and growth of multiple domains, segments, and GTM motions. Be a thought leader - internally and externally - and scale thought leadership across the team and the organization. Translate thought leadership into action with sales and customer experience to ensure that feedback from the field is making its way towards GTM strategy. This role reports to the CTO and the job role will be based out of Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & nurture the customer.
• Flexible, but not afraid of a healthy debate -- brings a strong point of view, but open to
• considering alternatives.
• Involved in proposal creation, presentation for large contracts & defining roadmaps.
• Able to connect with the CIO/CTO's or key decision makers.
• Ability to do planning & Estimations, device annual roadmap for annual planning
• Upselling any opportunity to ensure a larger deal value
• Hands on approach on defining accelerators, involved in Demo's and GTM's

Requirements:

• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise grade solutions in Big Data & Application development.
• Extensive experience in working on clouds, especially on AWS and Azure.
• Ability to develop architectural blueprints, roadmap & strategy.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment
• Extensive experience with complex, enterprise sales
• Do requirements analysis, techno-commercial solution designing and standardization, client IT analysis and consulting, IT due diligence, formulate staffing and cost models
• Experience in doing sessions, trainings, workshops both internally & externally
