Job DescriptionSkills Required : Oracle SaaS Cloud ERP: Proficient in implementing and managing Oracle's Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities including Financials, Procurement, Project Portfolio Management, and Risk Management. Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) Module : - Extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Oracle's SCM module within Cloud ERP, covering areas such as inventory management, order management, logistics, demand planning, and supply chain analytics. - Ability to streamline supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) Module : - In-depth knowledge of Oracle's HCM module within Cloud ERP, encompassing areas such as workforce management, talent acquisition, payroll, performance management, and employee self-service. Proficient in configuring HCM solutions to meet organizational HR requirements and compliance standards. Project Management : Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure.Ability to develop project plans, allocate resources effectively, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Stakeholder Management : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Capable of building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning Oracle ERP solutions to address those needs. Team Leadership : Demonstrated leadership capabilities in leading and motivating cross-functional teams comprising functional consultants, technical experts, and business analysts. Ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle. Problem-Solving : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions within the Oracle ERP environment. - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues, system configurations, and integration challenges. Change Management : Proficient in change management methodologies and practices, with the ability to facilitate organizational change associated with Oracle ERP implementations. Skilled in conducting impact assessments, developing change management plans, and driving user adoption of new systems and processes. Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated with the latest developments in Oracle Cloud ERP technology, industry best practices, and emerging trends. - Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, optimize business processes, and drive innovation. Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure Oracle ERP solutions accordingly. - Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance on project tasks, resolving issues, and fostering a collaborative working environment.- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, demonstrate system capabilities, and obtain user feedback. - Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success. - Coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate system integrations, data migrations, and testing activities. - Drive change management initiatives to promote user adoption of Oracle ERP systems (ref:hirist.tech)
