Functional Title: Relationship ManagerLocation: Good Earth Mumbai Store Juhu/Raghuvanshi MillsAreas of Impact: RetailPurpose: Delivering GE’s unparalleled customer experience and driving revenue on the shop floorResponsibilities:Customer experience:Continuously strive to enhance the experience on the floorEnsures a “Meet and greet’ approach on floor so that no customer is left unattendedUnderstands customer needs and suggesting solutions by mapping customer’s persona and needMaintains VM and Displays (including ISBs, Collaterals) of assigned Section as per brand standards.Resolves customer escalations with the help of Shop HeadBusiness & Operations responsibility:Owns and delivers the Assigned targets month on monthDrive sales through engagement of customers (new & repeat both), suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledgeIdentify reasons for performance/non-performance and come-up with tactical solutions with the help of Floor ManagerClosely monitor inventory availability / stockouts to avoid lost opportunities.Work closely with Shop Ops to drive upkeep and maintenance of the assigned SectionSupports the Manager in overall operations Collaboration:Be a shining example of high performance and positive attitudeMaintains excellent working relationships with the team at the locationCollaborates & maintains good rapport with backend Business, Marketing and all support teams at HO
