Job description
The person will be responsible for overall Sourcing of Connector product category manage team comprises of two people so overall person will be responsible for sourcing meeting objectives of three product categories
This role will work in close coordination with Internal Stake Holders (Quality, Planning, Operations) as well as External Customers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties Responsibilities
1. Devise use fruitful sourcing strategies
2. Timely ordering of necessary goods services
3. Negotiating and finalizing purchasing agreements with suppliers
4. Monthly MIS for delivery service performance of suppliers
5. Renewal contract closure with suppliers
6. monitoring of supplier performance improvement plan based on performance .
7. challenging the status quo of existing process devise improvement plan .
8. Initiation of Technology for reduction simplification of work .
9. Capacity evaluation of suppliers gap identification with respect to requirement .
10. Supplier visit for process adoption improvement plan.
11. Monthly analytics on spend and develop strategies and identify improvement projects
12. Experience in handling sourcing of engineering parts preferable gas meters or equivalent
13.Maintaing supplier relationship management and good at resolving the critical issues
14.Developing supply chain strategy in line with business objectives
15.Should have experience in handling the internal/ External audits like - IMS,TQM,Business Excellence
16.Driving cost saving initiatives, capacity enhancement, digitization, inventory reduction projects
17.Risk mitigation and sustainability of supply chain management.
