We are looking for Salesforce Architect || Immediate Joiner Duration: Permanent-Fulltime. Work from office- 5 working days
Requirements: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Architect from the Customer Experience background to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing complex Digital solutions for our clients. The person will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the CX platforms especially on the Salesforce platform and a passion for building cutting-edge solutions that optimize our clients' business processes. Responsibilities: Lead the technical design and development of CX Digital implementations, adhering to best practices with a focus on Salesforce Well-Architected principles. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures, including custom objects, processes, workflows, and integrations. Develop and implement automation solutions using SF Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Create technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials. Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and advancements, attending conferences and obtaining relevant certifications. Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise. Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges and risks. Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Architect. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce core features, including the AppExchange, Process Builder, Workflow Builder, and API. Expertise in Apex and Visualforce development. Familiarity with Lightning Web Components preferred. Experience with data integration and migration techniques. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certified Salesforce Architect or Consultant preferred.
